Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines, scope, and budgets are met
  • Prioritize and track development tasks in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
  • Document and communicate project requirements clearly
  • Manage the project backlog and ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor risks and proactively address roadblocks
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies if applicable (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and deliverables meet requirements

Experience and Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in project management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools (eg.: JIRA, Miro)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and risk management abilities

It’s an Advantage If You Have

  • Experience in the automotive or website development industry
  • Technical knowledge for better collaboration with developers
  • Strong knowledge in JIRA
  • Experience in agile project management
  • Experience in creating wireframes and functional specifications
