Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily customer support through various channels
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
- Collaborating with internal departments as IT, Finance, Reporting
- Website Content Management
- Participating in testing process, checking the websites for potential bugs
Experience and requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English AND French
- At least 1-2 years of customer experience in a previous similar position
- Openness to acquire new knowledge
- Responsible, committed attitude
It’s an advantage if you have:
- Experience in content management of websites
- Online marketing knowledge
- Knowledge about automotive business
